Selection of survey sources is a critical process to ensure the integrity and credibility of the information presented. Surveys are thoroughly examined and analyzed to assure that they meet the high standards necessary to warrant inclusion in the database. Particular attention is paid to the number of organizations participating in the survey, the number of incumbents in each position, the level of detail provided in the job description matching process, and the review of data prior to publication. We also investigate the compiling source so that we can be comfortable that the proper understanding of survey processes and data review has incorporated into the final results.
